The Center for Local and Regional Governance presented the findings of the Citizen Satisfaction Index System (CSIS) project to the Pasig City government led by Mayor Vico Sotto on 11 February 2025 during the CSIS Utilization Conference co-organized with the Department of the Interior and Local Government National Capital Region (DILG National Capital Region) and DILG Pasig.
The CSIS is a tool designed to gather feedback directly from the citizens regarding their awareness, availment, satisfaction, and perceptions of their LGU’s delivery of basic services. The UP NCPAG-CLRG and the DILG-NCR jointly conducted this project to collect feedback from the citizens of Pasig City regarding the basic services their LGU offers related to health, education, social welfare, governance and response, public works and infrastructure, environmental management, and economic and investment promotion.
