Gio specializes in fraud investigations, compliance auditing, and due diligence reporting. He has nine (9) years of combined professional experience in both the public and private sector. Before joining the Commission on Audit Fraud Audit Office, Gio was a Senior Associate in the Fraud Investigation and Dispute Services (now Forensic and Integrity Services) of Ernst and Young Philippines.
As a graduate of Master of Public Administration, Gio specializes in state auditing and public accountability mechanisms. He currently teaches courses related to public financial management at the NCPAG.
