Alder K. Delloro is a Senior Lecturer at the National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG), University of the Philippines Diliman, where he has been teaching Administrative Law, Ethics and Public Accountability, Public Policy, and the Philippine Public Administrative System since 2017. He is the Managing and Founding Partner of Delloro & Saulog Law Offices and previously served as Assistant Secretary at the Office of the Cabinet Secretary under the Office of the President of the Philippines.
