Dr. Abigail Modino is a Senior Lecturer at the National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG), University of the Philippines Diliman, where she has been teaching courses on Management of Organizations, Organizational Studies, Policy Process, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity since 2017.
