Atty. Bronce is the Executive Director of the Knowledge Management Systems Bureau of the House of Representatives (HRep). Previously, he served as Deputy Executive Director of its Congressional Policy and Budget Research Department. Atty. Bronce has been teaching Political Law subjects since 2014. He also lectures at the UP College of Law and Far Eastern University Institute of Law. He has also taught Public Fiscal Administration, and Electoral Policy and the Public Office in the NCPAG.
