A program of the National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG) through its Center for Leadership, Citizenship and Democracy (CLCD). This program is being implemented in collaboration with the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP) and The FVR Legacy Initiative.
An advanced governance and leadership course – a non-degree executive program for continuing professional education for established or emerging leader or executive of government, private and civil society organization, or community in the country.
Open to community leaders, elective and non-elective government officials, and game-changers from civil society organizations and the private sector who believe in the power of collaboration, transparency, accountability, and inclusion to advance public sector reform and achieve sustainable and resilient development.
A 10-month program that will equip participants with results-oriented leadership tools, holistic and critical thinking skills, a collaborative mindset for problem-solving, and a “bibingka” approach to policy and program implementation. Through the experiential learning component of the course, LEAD4R Fellows will also be exposed to good practices and innovations in the Philippines and abroad in pursuing meaningful changes at the organization, community, or country level.
