Associate Professor Simeon A. Ilago is pursuing his Doctor of Public Administration, and then obtained his Master of Public Administration, as well as, B.A. Communication from University of the Philippines. He also earned M.A. Policy Studies in Saitama University, Japan. He is a seasoned educator and expert in public management. His teaching portfolio encompasses a wide array of subjects, including local government administration, urban governance, and research methods. With specializations in local fiscal administration and policy analysis, he has held significant roles such as Director of the Center for Local and Regional Governance (CLRG) at NCPAG and consultant for prestigious organizations like the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. Co-author of “The Future of Local Autonomy,” Professor Ilago’s expertise extends to capacity building for local government, decentralization, and research methodology in administrative sciences.
