Dr. Rohaiba B. Radiamoda holds a PhD in Education and Human Development from the National Sun Yat-sen University in Taiwan, master’s degree in Education from the University of the Philippines Cebu and Bachelor’s degree in Education from Cebu Normal University (Cum Laude). She was a recipient of several scholarship awards such as the Elite Doctoral Scholarship Award, NSYSU Scholarship Award, UP COOPERATE Research Grant and PLDT-SMART Scholarship Award. Her research interests focus on the intersection of education policy, educational psychology and educational leadership utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. She actively contributes to academic discourse on Philippine public education, with the aim of generating insightful analyses that inform policy and practice.
