Dr. Noriel Christopher C. Tiglao obtained his Doctor of Engineering at the University of Tokyo, Japan. He finished his Masters and Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the Philippines. He is a civil engineer and Professor is an academic who teaches program and project development, management of information and knowledge, economics of public enterprises, and public policy analysis. With expertise in geographic information systems (GIS), program and project development, spatial information management, and sustainable transport policy, Dr. Tiglao has contributed significantly to research and consultancy in transportation management and policy, notably collaborating with the National Center for Transportation Studies (NCTS) and the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA). Additionally, he holds leadership roles as a senior fellow of the Pimentel Institute for Leadership & Governance. His previous directorship of various centers and offices within NCPAG further showcases his expertise in academia, research, and administration, assuring the academic and public administration community.
