Michelle joined the Center for Local and Regional Governance as a University Researcher in 2019. She has organized customized training programs for some LGUs, and served as a case writer, training facilitator, and resource speaker for the Center’s consultancy and training programs. She has previously worked as a Defense Researcher with the Philippine Navy and as a Planning Officer with the Philippine Competition Commission, where she helped develop organizational management systems and Gender and Development (GAD) policies and initiatives.
She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science degree from the University of the Philippines Diliman and has recently completed the Master of Public Administration program of the UP National College of Public Administration and Governance.
