Jody Salas is a director in Accenture, Inc. Philippines and a co-founder of Razza Consulting Group, Inc. He has more than 20 years of work experience in the IT industry – Project Manager, Regional Training Manager and Service Delivery Manager for SAP and Microsoft 0365. He served as a Board of Director in HP Philippines Employees Credit Cooperative from 2014-2020 and a Board of Trustee in the Philippine Society for Talent Development from 2016-2019.
He led training programs in Asia-Pacific including Kuala Lumpur-Malaysia, Adelaide-Australia, Christchurch-New Zealand, Bangalore-India and Bratislava-Slovakia. He is certified in Project Management, ITIL V4 Managing Professional, and SAFe 4 Agilist, leading projects in CMMI, ISO27001, ISO20000 and Lean Six Sigma. He is also a Certified Moodle Educator.
He is a lecturer at the Development Academy of the Philippines, University of Asia and the Pacific, University of the Philippines, and Golden Gate University in. He conducted leadership and management training for corporations (Accenture, HP, Security Bank, Land Bank, Meralco, etc.), non-profit organizations such as the National Confederation of Cooperatives (NATCCO), World Vision International, and Philippine Business Coalition for Women Empowerment (PBCWE), as well as government agencies including the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), and the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of the Philippines, Master of Business Administration at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, and Doctor of Public Administration at UP National College of Public Administration and Governance.
He is currently pursuing Doctor of Business Administration in Emerging Technologies (GenAI) at the Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California USA.
