Assistant Professor Herisadel P. Flores holds a Master of Development Economics and B.A. Public Administration, (cum laude), both from University of the Philippines. He has been teaching courses such as methods of policy analysis, research methodology, governmental budgeting, public fiscal administration, and local government and regional administration. He has also held key posts within NCPAG, including as Interim College Secretary and Director of the Center for Public Administration and Governance Education (CPAGE). Additionally, he used to be a Junior Technical Staff at the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) and was a former Director of the Center for Leadership, Citizenship, and Democracy (CLCD). He has also contributed to research and publications on local government concerns, notably co-authoring chapters in books like “Urbanization in Southeast Asia: Issues and Impacts”; and “Public Sector Reform in ASEAN Member Countries and Korea”.
