CPED_About_Us The Center for Policy and Executive Development (CPED) is a specialized center of the University of the Philippines-National College of Public Administration and Governance (UP-NCPAG) that was established in 1968 as an Administrative Development Program (ADP) to pursue middle-management training and related extension programs.
