Alder K. Delloro is a lawyer, governance specialist, educator, and researcher whose work focuses on
administrative law, regulatory governance, public policy, ethics and public accountability, and climate justice.
He is an Assistant Professor at the National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG),
University of the Philippines Diliman. Prior to joining the College, he served as Assistant Cabinet Secretary
under the Office of the President of the Philippines and was Founding and Senior Partner of Delloro & Saulog
Law Offices. His scholarly work examines the intersections of law, governance, public administration, and
institutional reform, particularly in the areas of accountability, regulation, public sector governance, and
environmental governance.
