NCPAG Alumnus Kim Robert de Leon topped the June 2016 Environmental Planning Licensure Examination administered by the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC).
De leon graduated magna cum laude from the Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration program of NCPAG in 2014 and was class valedictorian. Earlier in the same year, he was awarded the Gawad Chanselor para sa Natatanging Mag-aaral.
De Leon was also one of the main convenors of the Philippine Good Governance Summit (PGGS) held at NCPAG and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) on 31 January to 4 February 2014.
