Trisha Aileen E. Serrano is a University Research Associate I at the Center for Leadership, Citizenship, and Democracy (CLCD), UP NCPAG. She holds a degree in English Studies, major in Language, from the College of Arts and Letters, UP Diliman. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Public Administration at the same university. Trisha has served in various research, documentation, and communications roles across projects related to governance, regulatory reform, public sector performance, and capacity-building. She is currently involved in the UP NCPAG-FVR LEAD4R Fellowship Program and was part of the organizing team of the 13th ISTR Asia-Pacific Conference.
