Dr. Capadosa is a licensed professional educator with 2 decades of teaching and mentoring learners on quantitative and qualitative research methods, comparative public administration and policy analysis, ethics, and project management, strategic management, entrepreneurship, business management, economics, and policy subjects.  She has over a decade of involvement in public and private sector policy research and development, public enterprise management, and development administration in premiere universities and public sector think tanks.

She is a Senior Lecturer of the UPD NCPAG teaching the subjects on contextualized policy analysis in comparative education sector administration, citizenship and governance, introduction to the Philippine public enterprise system, and workshop in public policy and lectures on ethics and governance in executive certificate courses and sits as panel to student thesis defense sessions. She is also Faculty-in-Charge (FIC) and Tutor of the course on Public Policy and Program Administration at the UP Open University.
