Rein obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the National College of Public Administration and Governance, University of the Philippines and is currently taking Masters of Statistics in the School of Statistics in the same University. Prior to joining the CLRG, she worked as research associate at the Center for Policy and Executive Development.
