Nelin Estocado-Dulpina is a doctoral candidate of Doctor of Public Administration of UP National College of Public Administration and Governance. She has a Master’s degree in Women and Development Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology.
She has participated as one of the researchers in projects like the 2024 PAGCOR Gaming Industry Analysis, Local Governance Review Project, PMAG (Public Administration, Management, and Governance ) Education Roadmap, and others.
Her research interests include social equity, gender studies, and civil society organizations.
