Crystal Eunice “Nice” Dela Cruz, a Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) and Local Government Specialist consultant, currently serves as senior lecturer at the University of the Philippines National College of Public Administration and Governance (UP NCPAG).

She is the former Collaborating, Linking, and Adapting (CLA) Specialist for the USAID Urban Connect Project, Chief of Staff at the Department of Information Communication and Technology (DICT) Office of the Undersecretary for ICT Industry Development (OUIID), Resettlement Governance Office Head at the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), former Project Director of the Voice Philippines Linking, Learning and Facilitation Grant and former OIC-Executive Director at the Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines (ULAP). She also worked as consultant for various government, non-government and private institutions providing technical services including government office management, policy, and highly technical writing among others.

She has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with specialization on Regional Administration and Local Governance from the University of the Philippines National College of Public Administration and Governance (UP-NCPAG) and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification (CSSYB).

She is a registered nurse – graduated Cum Laude from the Silliman University College of Nursing.

A proud daughter of Isabela, Basilan and Zamboanga City.
