Can you share a memorable experience from NCPAG that contributed to your success?
During my time at NCPAG, I learned the importance of bridging leadership. Where we should connect policies with grassroots realities and ensuring inclusivity in governance. This experience shaped how I lead my NGOs, where we co-create strategies with communities to develop inclusive policies and sustainable solutions. It’s a lesson I carry with me in every project, emphasizing that impactful leadership starts with listening and engaging with the people you aim to serve.
