The Center for Local and Regional Governance will be conducting a Capability Enhancement Program for Sanggunian Secretaries and Legislative Staff on 29 March to 2 April 2016. This five-day capability enhancement course aims to upgrade the know-how and skills of sanggunian secretariat in effectively and efficiently performing their tasks and obligations to the public as part of the whole LGU Management Team whose principal duty is to respond to the service needs of constituents.
