The Center for Policy and Executive Development (CPED) will be conducting a Resource Mobilization and Procurement Training on 23-27 May 2016. The training program aims to enable the participants to: (1) understand the fundamentals of project identification and planning; (2) identify the various types of proposal and rules in writing them; (3) write effective proposals; and (4) appreciate the rules, key concepts, and public procurement principles and processes outlined in Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the“Government Procurement Reform Act.” Click here for more information.
