The Certificate Course on Research Development and Implementation is a customized learning and development program designed and prepared by Center for Policy and Executive Development (CPED) for the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Council (JJWC) to help them in the implementation of the JJWC Five-Year (2025-2029) Research Agenda.
JJWC is an attached agency under the Department of Social Welfare and Development, mandated to implement the Republic Act 9344 (Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act of 2006).
The topics and modules designed will capacitate and help empower the more than 25 Social Welfare Officers and Project Development Officers from the Central and Regional offices to navigate the entire research process, ethics, and, at the end of the training program, draft research briefs based on their 5-year research agenda.
