Reginald G. Ugaddan

Dr. Reginald G. Ugaddan is an Assistant Professor at the National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG) of the University of the Philippines Diliman. He teaches courses in research methods, organization studies, and local government and urban affairs. His specializations include human resource management in the public sector, public management, public sector leadership, organizational behavior, disaster management, e-Government, international and local governance, and democracy.

Dr. Ugaddan served as an associate professor at the Isabela State University, Echague, Isabela.  He also worked as a senior research associate at the Research Center for Public Human Resource Development, program manager for the Global Master of Public Administration (e-Government and e-Policy), program coordinator for the Master in Public Management for the Latin and Caribbean civil servants at Sungkyunkwan University, Seoul, Korea. Dr. Ugaddan was involved in numerous research projects such as entrepreneurship in the public sector, conflict management in East Asia, funded by the National Research Foundation of Korea, and among others.

Dr. Ugaddan’s recent work appears in the Public Personnel Management journal entitled “Do Trustful leadership, organizational justice, and motivation influence whistle-blowing intention? Evidence from federal employees.” His works appears in the Philippine Journal of Public Administration, International Journal of Policy Studies, International Journal of Public Sector Management, Public Performance Management Review, American Review of Public Administration, Asian Review of Public Administration, Power, Conflict, and Democracy Journal, and Modern Society and Public Administration Journal.

He is the current College Secretary and Director of the Center for Public Administration and Governance Education (CPAGE).
