Dan A. Saguil


Professor Dan A. Saguil is Dean and Associate Professor at the National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG) of the University of the Philippines Diliman. He teaches courses in program and project development and management, public policy and program administration, research methodology, public policy analysis, ethics and accountability in the public service, management of organizations, public administration and the economic system, techniques in personnel management, and supply and property management. His specializations include organization and management studies, fiscal administration, policy analysis, program and project development and management, and research methods in public administration.

He previously served as the Director of the Center for Policy and Executive Development (CPED) and the Center for Public Administration and Governance Education (CPAGE), concurrently serving as the College Secretary of NCPAG. At the university level, he was the Acting Director of the Supply and Property Management Office (SPMO) of the University of the Philippines Diliman.

Professor Saguil is also a Senior Fellow of the Pimentel Institute for Leadership & Governance. He delivered lectures on hospital licensing and governance at the colloquium organized by the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research & Development of UP Diliman.
