The Center for Policy and Executive Development (CPED) of the U.P. National College of Public Administration and Governance (UP-NCPAG) successfully conducted its “Seminar on Campaign Finance and Disclosure” last 10 December 2015. Commissioner Christian Robert Lim of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) oriented the participants on the new rules about financing and reporting campaign expenses. Representatives from major political parties attended the seminar. It will be held again in the first week of February 2016.
