The UP NCPAG Student Council and NCPAG Administration in partnership with the UP Faculty Against Pork (FacPork), IGNITE-NCPAG, PALS-NCPAG and UP CIRCA organized a panel discussion on the Disbursement Acceleration Program (D.A.P.). The event entitled ‘Lingkod Bayan Series: A Closer Look on the Disbursement Acceleration Program’ was held at the NCPAG Assembly Hall, R.P. de Guzman St., University of the Philippines Diliman, Quezon City on July 24, 2014. The activity tackled the different perspectives concerning the nature of the Disbursement Acceleration Program. Speakers were UP Professor Emeritus Leonor Briones, UP Law Professor Atty. Harry Roque, investigative journalist Raissa Robles, and political analyst Malou Tiquia.
