The UP NCPAG Student Council and NCPAG Administration in partnership with the UP Faculty Against Pork (FacPork), IGNITE-NCPAG, PALS-NCPAG and UP CIRCA will conduct a panel discussion on the Disbursement Acceleration Program (D.A.P.). The event entitled ‘Lingkod Bayan Series: A Closer Look on the Disbursement Acceleration Program’ will be held at the NCPAG Assembly Hall, R.P. de Guzman St., University of the Philippines Diliman, Quezon City on July 24, 2014 (Thursday), 1:00 p.m.- 4:30 p.m. This panel discussion aims to tackle the different perspectives concerning the nature of the Disbursement Acceleration Program. An open forum will be conducted at the end of the program. Senator Antonio Trillanes IV and Akbayan Representative Barry Gutierrez will be tackling the merits of the D.A.P. while UP Professor Emeritus Leonor Briones and Atty. Harry Roque will serve as the critics of the program.
