Ma. Oliva Z. Domingo


DomingoDr. Ma. Oliva Z. Domingo 
is Professor of Public Administration, teaching courses in administration of social development, the administrator in the Philippine public service, human behavior in organizations, human resource development, organization studies, and public personnel administration among others. Her specializations include change management, human behavior in organizations, human resource management and development, leadership, organization and management, public personnel administration, and voluntary sector management.

She served as College Secretary and concurrent Director of the Center for Public Administration and Governance Education (CPAGE) and also as Director of Center for Leadership, Citizenship, and Democracy (CLCD). Outside the University, Dr. Domingo serves as the President of Kalayaan College.

Apart from her degrees obtained from the University of the Philippines, Professor Domingo also earned a Postgraduate Diploma (with distinction) in General Management from the Research Institute for Management Science, now the Maastricht School of Management at Delft, The Netherlands.

She published the book Good governance and civil society: the role of Philippine civil society boards in 2005 and Civic action against corruption : citizen participation in anti-corruption efforts in 2006.
