NCPAG Student is Gawad Chanselor Awardee

The NCPAG community is proud to announce that one of its students, Kim Robert C. de Leon, will receive the 2014 “Gawad Chanselor Para sa Natatanging Mag-aaral” award.

The Gawad Chanselor is held every year in February as part of the celebrations of Diliman Month. Awards are given in recognition of the outstanding accomplishments of the exceptional members of the university community: faculty, administrative staff, REPS, and students.

The selection of de Leon as one of this year’s awardees was confirmed by the Office of the Chancellor in a letter sent to NCPAG Dean Maria Fe. Villamejor-Mendoza on 5 February 2014.

Dean Mendoza will accompany de Leon on the stage as he receives the award on 21 February 2014 at the Malcolm Hall Auditorium, College of Law.

De Leon was also one of the main convenors of the Philippine Good Governance Summit (PGGS) held at NCPAG and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) on 31 January to 4 February 2014.
