Dan A. Saguil


Professor Dan A. Saguil is Associate Professor of Public Administration, teaching courses in program and project development and management, public policy and program administration, research methodology, public policy analysis, ethics and accountability in the public service, management of organizations, public administration and the economic system, techniques in personnel management, and supply and property management. His specializations include organization and management studies, fiscal administration, policy analysis, program and project development and management, and research methods in public administration.

He previously served as the Acting Director of the Supply and Property Management Office (SPMO), an attached unit to the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Administration (OVCA) of the University of the Philippines Diliman. Professor Saguil was also the Director of two centers: the Center for Policy and Executive Development (CPED) and the Center for Public Administration and Governance Education (CPAGE), concurrently serving the College Secretary of NCPAG.

Professor Saguil is also a Senior Fellow of the Pimentel Institute for Leadership & Governance. He delivered lectures on hospital licensing and governance at the colloquium organized by the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research & Development of UP Diliman.
