Brillantes elected AAPA president

Former NCPAG Dean Alex Brillantes, Jr.  is now the president of the Asian Association for Public Administration (AAPA).

Brillantes was elected to the post during AAPA’s annual conference and meeting held at the University of Gadjah Mada in Yogyakarta, Indonesia on 22-23 March 2018.

Brillantes will succeed Pan Suk Kim,  Professor of Public Administration in the College of Government and Business, Yonsei University, Wonju Campus, South Korea.

The AAPA was established in 2010 with the aim to “expand and improve research and academic exchange on public administration and public policy in the Asian region.”
