CPED Training Programs for 2015

The Center for Policy and Executive Development (CPED) is pleased to announce the schedule of its training programs for 2015.

  1. Appreciation Course on Policy Analysis – 11-13 March 2015 – 3 days– Aims to equip the participants with the essentials of policy analysis. It will develop their analytical thinking skills in dissecting policies. They will be provided with a better appreciation of the policy process from problem identification to the proposal of alternatives. (Deadline for registration: 05 March 2015)

  1. Methods and Techniques in Policy Analysis – 23-27 March 2015 – 5 days –Participants will be introduced to the various tools and methods in the proper framing of policy problems, evidence-based solution search, and the selection of alternatives. Moreover, participants will also be provided techniques in policy issue paper writing, as well as effective report presentation. (Deadline for registration: 09 March 2015)
  1. Project Development and Management – 22-26 June 2015 – 5 days– Participants will be able to understand the concepts, principles of project development and management, and learn project planning and designing including their tools and techniques. (Deadline for registration: 08 June 2015)
  1. Research Methods in Public Administration – 21-25 September 2015 – 5 days  –The skills and knowledge of participants in research will be enhanced through the use of online resources for data gathering, and computer-aided quantitative and qualitative tools for data analysis. (Deadline for registration: 07 September 2015)
